Terms of Use
Effective: 31 August 2026
These Terms govern access to Omega Image Pro, operated by Alpha & Omega Limited. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Permitted use
You may use Omega Image Pro for lawful image optimization, analysis, conversion, responsive-image generation and public website auditing. You must have the legal right to upload, process, download or redistribute any content you submit.
2. No accounts
Ordinary access does not require an account. This does not remove your responsibility for complying with these Terms.
3. Public website analysis
You may submit publicly accessible websites for technical image analysis. You must not use Omega to bypass authentication, probe private networks, evade access controls, overload third-party services, or conduct unlawful surveillance or security testing.
4. User content
You retain your rights in files you submit. You grant Alpha & Omega Limited only the limited technical permission necessary to process, transform, package and return submitted content and to operate the requested service.
5. Generated output
You are responsible for reviewing generated images, responsive markup, optimization suggestions and reports before production deployment. Output quality and suitability vary with source material, settings, browser support and hosting configuration.
6. Service limits
To protect availability, Alpha & Omega Limited may impose file-size, image-count, processing-time, scan-depth, request-rate, bandwidth or storage limits and may refuse requests that create excessive risk or resource use.
7. Availability
The service may be changed, suspended or interrupted for maintenance, security, abuse prevention or technical reasons. Offline PWA functions are limited to capabilities available locally in the browser.
8. Intellectual property
Omega Image Pro software, branding, interface design, documentation and original platform content are owned by or licensed to Alpha & Omega Limited and are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to users.
9. Prohibited conduct
You must not reverse engineer the service where prohibited by law, interfere with security controls, intentionally submit malicious files, use automated requests to degrade service, misuse the platform for unlawful infringement, or represent Omega output as independently certified where it is not.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that every image, website, codec, browser or hosting environment will be compatible or that a particular optimization percentage or speed improvement will be achieved.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alpha & Omega Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or business-interruption losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims resulting from content you submit, your violation of third-party rights, or unlawful use of the platform.
13. Governing rights
Mandatory consumer and statutory rights applicable to you remain unaffected. For legal enquiries contact legal@omegaimagepro.com.
